After many many hours of work I succeeded to redesign, letter by letter, 4 EXACT copies of  GLASS DIALS (identical reproduction) of all known to me

BUSH DAC 90A models.

All we know that those glasses lately have been elusive and hard to find.           Redesigned -  Identical -  Indistinguishable Replacement

Note that the "digital printing on glass" gives a translucent black (attribute

of pixelated ink) instead of blocking the light from the dial lamps.

So, I gave up using this technique..

Also the notorious "silk screen printing" doesn't  give the expecting results. Roughly speaking  we'll need a separate screen for each color that we want... Trouble is, apart from the big cost, the few available color choices today are never gonna match the original colors..  That's a 'No No'

Finally I adopted another technique based on  FILM  LAYERS in combination, which COMPLETELY SOLVED THE PROBLEM !
